Dynasty Renovations is a family-owned remodeling company based in Gosport and serving Bloomington since 2015. Owner Steven Hobbs was born and raised in the area, started in high-end residential painting while at Indiana University, then spent seven years at Sherwin-Williams in store management, sales, and training roles before launching the business in 2015.
With 15+ years in residential home improvement, 10+ years in real estate identifying which improvements actually add value, and 20+ years walking customers through construction projects, Steven knows how to set clear expectations and deliver on them.
